Mr. Suman Jyoti Khaitan is a practicing advocate in India since 1985 and is the Founder & CEO
of law firms Suman Khaitan & Co. and Khaitan & Partners, both full-service law firms based
in New Delhi with associates across major cities in India. He has wide experience in diverse
fields of law.

He was the President of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) in 2013. He was a member
of the Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM and Chairman of the National Council on Legal Affairs &
Regulatory Reforms of ASSOCHAM for more than 20 years. He is currently the Vice President of the
Society of Indian Law Firms. He is also a member of the Managing Committee of ICC India and is
associated with the Confederation of Indian Bar, Indian Council of Arbitration, International
Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Society of Indian Law Firms.
