of executive and governance experience in insurance, financial services, hospitality, real estate,
and manufacturing.

As Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)—the country’s largest financial
institution—he shaped India’s financial services landscape, overseeing ₹36+ trillion in assets under
management and serving 290 million policyholders.

His current and past directorships demonstrate expertise in corporate governance, audit and risk
committees, business restructuring, ESG compliance, strategic talent development, and value creation
in regulated markets. Mr. Gupta holds a B.Sc. (PCM) from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in
