Mr. Purushottam Das Bagla is a seasoned finance and commercial professional with over four decades
in manufacturing. He holds a B.Sc. and qualified as an ICWA in 1986.

He began his career at JK Synthetics Ltd. in 1981, rising to Deputy General Manager by 1997.
Joining Shriram Rayons on 15 November 1997 as Plant Accounts and Finance Head at Kota, he advanced
to Head of Finance and Accounts at the Delhi head office in 2005. His leadership, strategic insight,
and domain expertise propelled him through senior roles.

Since April 2023, he has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Rayon Unit, overseeing operations,
enforcing financial discipline, and driving strategic growth and efficiency.
